The guys Joshua, David and Cree were fantastic! Very respectful of my things as I had all glass items. They moved everything with care! They had great customer service and were very respectful. Thumbs up!

I do not recommend this business. They are extremely unprofessional and careless. They broke a connection to my washing machine which I had to then have a plumber repair (yet they blame it on corrosion which was not the case). Once my POD was unloaded, one leg to my couch was missing. I don’t even know why they would remove one leg only, unless they broke it off. Once again, management didn’t care and was quite rude in their response to me. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else for your move.


ETA since Morris asked for it. Here is our correspondence. And yes my POD was in storage for a month so I didn’t know the leg was missing (“screw on leg” = a leg that screws onto a couch). I was more than friendly to the movers and tipped each of them even after the plumbing issue so
now you are making false statements. I also never asked for a refund, just want the leg to my couch and to warn others.

Your movers loaded PODs for me on 3/28. We unloaded them this weekend and my sofa is missing a screw on leg. It is nowhere to be found. I know this is a long shot but any idea what happened to it? None of the other legs were removed from the sofa or chair and loveseat. It’s really odd that one is MIA.”

“Christina I assure you they don’t have a screw to your sofa leg.. if they are loose they tend to come out while in transit

Our crew wouldn’t have removed one leg from a sofa, and the faucet was also either defective or whoever put the lines on tighten them too tight and caused it to break.

Making comments on our service isn’t gonna change either of these facts.

My advice to you is to take a screw from your other legs and match it to the missing one that was most likely left in the container.”

This conversation is over but others can read and decide for themselves.

Hi Christina can you please upload the response you received?

It simply stated that the outlet from your water connection was weakened and corroded and when the crew simply turned the line from the washer it broke off.. there is nothing the crew could have done incorrectly to cause the water outlet to break off and get stuck in the water line.. and as far as your sofa leg you emailed and said the screw was missing from the leg and I informed you that the screw was possibly loose and vibrated out in the container while it was in transit..

Both of these situations were brought to our attention after the fact, and I’m not sure what resolution you were wanting for a missing screw from a sofa leg when you’re no longer in our service area.

You were extremely rude to our crew members, which based off the other customers feedback are exceptional movers. Making false statements are a reflection of your character and in no way represent the gentleman that serviced your move. I have no respect for people who make up false claims and put down these hard working guys in an attempt to get a refund on a service.. Your claims are petty and totally false.

They were the best movers I've ever had. Things that were great:

--On time
--Super polite and friendly
--Hard-working
--Went above and beyond to wrap and otherwise protect the things they were moving and my house
--No complaints about heavy items and twisting stairs. No complaints about anything!

Hire them! You'll be so glad you did.

My first experience with movers, and it was great. The guys were timely and repeatedly making sure which things were to be moved to maximize time. Expert level Tetris skills, also, as they got everything in the POD and I had room left for all the little things we could move ourselves. Using again in a few weeks to unpack the POD.

Our movers arrive and ask for a quick walkthrough of the property, and at this time you should express any concerns you have or special request you may have.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.

What types of moves have you handled?

We handle all types of moves, from local, long distance, residential and commercial.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

We enjoy the diversity of clientele we see on a daily basis. We love hearing our customers stories and memories of the previous home and plans for their new home.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
