Joshua and Joe arrived on time. Ready to go. Joshua surveyed the items to be moved. Both began while waiting for their third mover Keyon. (Delayed due to ticket). They came prepared with the items I had requested. (Furniture movers, dolly, etc). They moved everything into the POD or garage as I requested. They work well as a team. Moved some very heavy, bulky items like 2 sleeper sofas, a piano and refrigerator. Professional and efficient. Worth it!

Bryan and Joshua showed up promptly, loaded everything carefully, and worked quickly and efficiently. We're still not sure how they managed to load two ABF moving containers in a two-hour time period! We were highly impressed with their engineering skill in loading our items; we were able to take full advantage of the available space in each moving container. On top of everything else, Bryan and Joshua were friendly and courteous. It felt like we had invited family or close friends to help us move!

The gentlemen were courteous and they worked well. However, there was damage to walls/items. At times it did not seem as if there was not a sense of urgency.
This may have been due to the job starting more than an hour late because one of the movers canceled. It can affect momentum.

The job started within your time arrival window and both guys worked through extreme weather with heavy rain and a tornado warning. One of the original crewmen lives in a part of Houston that flooded that morning. They made 2 trips due to the truck you provided being too small to hold all your items, and you only providing 4 moving blankets when you were notified by HireAHelper to have 1 blanket for each furniture item. I can provide pictures of how your truck was loaded each trip if you need them. I understand you wanted the guys to work for 4 hours and only bill you for 2 hours. That’s not how they work.

Great communication. Arrived on time and finished unloading 2 large U-hauls and assembling the beds in 3 hours. Would highly recommend.

They destroyed my TV and they destroyed the front door of my new residence nobody would listen to me as far as where things went. They put tools in my master bedroom that belong in the garage and left my bedsheets in the garage that went upstairs. When I went out to get a vent duct for the dryer they ran away so there was no final inspection. Very poor service and very disrespectful Movers they would just laugh at me because I’m an old man with COPD. Worst experience of my life and worst service of my life.
Another problem was they showed up 2 1/2 hours early so I was not done packing and it was chaos from then on. I miss my refrigerator delivery because of this.
Their part cost me about $1000 for four hours worth of work.

The movers didn’t transport any televisions as instructed by you. Your front door was already off the hinges before they started your move.
The guys waited an extra hour and a half for you after they stopped your time so you wouldn’t be charged for it, but after realizing you had shut your phone off and wasn’t responding to any of their previous messages they called in to get approval to leave.
I called HireAHelper to get them to see if they could contact you, also before I instructed them to leave.
We called you ahead of time to make sure it was ok to come earlier than originally scheduled and you okayed it.
I’m really sorry your having health issues, but making false claims against your crew isn’t the right thing to do.
