The woman representing the company over the phone was exceedingly nice and helpful. The movers arrived on time and were courteous. Unfortunately, the job was substandard. When I looked closely at how my belongings were loaded, I was shocked and heartsick. A friend of mine came over to check, his assessment was, "Are you f**king me?"
Despite having ample straps and moving blankets, the movers used a total of four straps for a large POD and not many blankets. Things were stacked and crammed haphazardly and totally unsecured. Glass picture frames were pressed, unprotected, against an interior sidebar in the unit. A heavy TV stand was placed directly on top of a low bookcase and slid across as evidenced by the deep gouge now on the top of the case. A metal stool was placed directly against the screen of a large TV. There was a blanket over the TV but neither item was secured, and the first pothole would have put the legs of the stool right through the TV screen.
The movers took 3 1/2 hours to do this. My friend took over 4 hours literally unloading and repacking at least 3/4 of the unit, using blankets and straps to properly protect and secure the items.
I don't like giving a bad review, but this was in no way a professional packing job. I essentially paid a lot of money to have them move my items from my house to my driveway. If this hadn't been redone, I hate to think of the jumbled, broken mess I would have ended up with. I've already seen damage; I hate to think of what more I'll find when the back of the POD is unpacked.

The men were on time, very professional and took great care to properly wrap our furniture with plastic wrap and brought hand trucks, straps and tools to disassemble our dining table and bed for transport.

They were very efficient and worked non stop. They had a difficult task with 2 sets of stairs and a little narrow but no problem. They were careful with everything and brought it in to where we asked them.
