They were not POD packing experts as we had hoped but we were expecting that. My husband loaded trailers at one point in his career and knew more about proper loading but we didn’t want to spend a lot of time discussing the loading so we let them handle it. They helped us move the big things out that we couldn’t and that is what we really paid them to do. Hoping our stuff arrives in good condition. If it does, I give them 4.5 stars.

Reno Tahoe Moves really came through for me. I ran into a snag when PODS couldn't put the POD down in my complex and I had to resort to a plan B. They were willing to be flexible and instead meet me at the POD warehouse and help me load my stuff into a UHAUL then come back to my new apartment complex and help me unload. Richard and Jason were great and true professionals. I'd absolutely recommend Reno Tahoe Movers!
