Unfortunately they were late 30 minutes. Worked for one and a half hours as 5:00 was time for their next job but I paid for two hours. Didn't pack several items and kept saying no room for so much then they would load it. I tipped them 20.00 each. Broke a garden statue just gifted to me as a going away gift and didn't tell me until I discovered it. They left and I opened the POD to find plenty of space...I worked till dark alone and packed a glass top wrought iron table a large glass vase curtain rod quilts blankets etc There is still room in that POD but I could not get to the space due to the poor job of loading rug. They were polite and courteous. Disappointed and sad for the items I have to unnecessarily leave behind.

Francisco and helper did a great job of unloading the 16’ POD. They were on time and finished in one and a half hours. Very respectful of our home and goods. Would definitely use them again.
