They were a wonderful crew. They were on time and ready to work. They were a very hard working crew and made sure that there was no mess in the parking lot, on the elevator or in my apartment. They wee not only respectfully of the property, they were very mindful that there were other people in the building, they were quiet and made sure not to leave garbage.If I were to move again i would call them in a heartbeat.

The crew was on time and very friendly sky. However, many of my items were damaged while being packed. Flat screen television is completely ruined, large scratches in several pieces of furniture.

The CrocsMovers team were 1.5 hours late, they were to arrive no later than 2pm. This was after calling me earlier in the week asking me if they could push their start time back, which I agreed to. When they were late today, they called me at 2pm to tell me they were on their way. At 3:15 when they still had not arrived I texted Hire A Helper for assistance. Hire A Helper contacted the CrocsMovers team and were advised they were 10 minutes away. They arrived 15 minutes later a total of 1.5 hours late. Completely unacceptable. When they did arrive they were efficient and quick. Regardless of this, I would not recommend them.
