The guys were gentleman throughout the process (which changed later) but they do not know how to pack a POD efficiently or effectively. They showed up without a dolly (they used mine without asking despite that it had two flat tires), looked disheveled with sagging pants below the belt, and had a small child and an adult waiting in their car. I looked past their attire with the hope the rest of the experience would be professional. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Half way through I pointed out way too many spaces in their packing where boxes could be stacked and fit tightly and that too much would shift when the POD was moved. Furthermore, they moved my washer down a flight of stairs on my dolly with two flat tires and it slammed down each step. They dropped a box of holiday items without apologizing or letting me know (I found more ornaments under my stairs outside). In the end, they did not finish in the 2 hours allotted nor did they fit everything in the POD. They took a total of 4 hours and had to leave for another job with items sitting in my garage. However, prior to leaving they were sure to wait around asking for a tip and then called me about 30 minutes later asking again for a tip. Had I not had damaged furniture, some that was clearly dragged across asphalt (pictures to prove), and learned later they claimed statements that never were made and events that never happened, I would have provided a tip. Most importantly, I have damaged furniture and had to have a hitch installed to rent a small trailer to move the remaining items they could have fit on the POD had they packed it correctly.
