The crew showed up early, were extremely professional, and handled everything with care from start to finish. We had several awkward, heavy, and bulky pieces of furniture, and they navigated them efficiently without any damage or complaints.
They worked quickly, communicated clearly, and were respectful of our home the entire time. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing. They were very nice, but unfortunately the work was quite sloppy. Several of my bins were broken because they stacked four or five at a time on one dolly, and some of my furniture was damaged even though it was wrapped in protective moving blankets. Disappointed with the care and attention to detail.
