Had less than stellar help from one person. I believe that he was the assistant. He wore ear buds 100% of the time. So I had difficulty getting his attention. He dropped an awkwardly shaped bookcase and pulled open a locked cabinet that I then could not relock. Also put packing material trash in the POD rather than walking it to a nearby trash can.
