Our contract was for three people for three hours. They brought a fourth and worked for a hour and 45 minutes, then were quiet for a bit before leaving at the two hour mark. We didn’t worry about the missing man hour of service because everything was brought in off the truck and it was a hot day, and perhaps we just overestimated what we needed! But as we started to unpack, it became clear that at least part of the team wasn’t reading labels and was rushing and we needed that extra man hour of service we paid for and didn’t get. Upstairs furniture and boxes were downstairs and vice versa. I have toys for a child’s bedroom in the laundry room and bathroom. I have a child’s desk in our living room. The office and living rooms were a mishmash of random boxes that didn’t belong. We had areas cordoned off due to floor refinishing and found a box in one of those rooms (nothing was damaged, but it was weird). There is another room that is empty and we haven’t found the boxes for it yet. I don’t have an issue with unlabeled boxes or furniture ending up in the wrong place, because that’s on us, but I do have an issue with boxes and furniture that were labeled on three sides and color coded ending up as the backdrop for a Where’s Waldo dystopian nightmare. I still can’t find my shampoo.

They made it look easy, even with some pretty heavy items! Very quick work, too, no damages to the items or the apartment! Quite focused during the work. Truck was packed in good, filling any holes, and remained stable even after the drive, you can tell they've done this before and have a good approach figured out.
