Very good job overall. Only complaint was that I wish they had used bungee cords to hold some furniture in place (a bit of scratches resulted); however, other than that one thing, they did a fantastic job. Loaded dozens of boxes quickly and efficiently, and helped get everything into place so that it largely "stayed put." They were on time, had all the equipment they needed, worked hard and without complaint (in the rain!), and were very friendly. I would hire them again, and would simply insist on bungee cords.
