They came in with an attitude stating they would not be able to fit my property in my pod. They started packing I had asked they pack tight they made up an excuse that was not possible because it was on an incline, that was a lie, I had 3 other pod in my driveway prior and no one ever stated they couldn't pack tight. When their 2 hours were up I advised they were done with nine minutes to spare. They proceeded to keep looking at their phone then stayed they wanted a tip!
The tip I gave them was to ask their boss for higher wages and I was not going to give one so they went to their vehicle then the lead guy came back and asked again for a tip I advised again that I was not going to give a tip. So he waited abit but finally left.
Once gone I opened the pod and saw a lot of daylight spaces I had a plastic garbage can cover and tossed it to that area it fell to the floor so I started pulling things out and noticed allot of areas that could have been filled with items that I wanted but they said they could not put in pod. I was very displeased with this whole packing company, they were not professional packers so I was cheated and lied to. I am a senior citizen and really needed their help but they failed on that promise. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed !!!
The last thing they did really upset me..I have a pole with an American flag and they tossed it into the pod on top of things ...no respect for our flag or country..?? That was rude!!
I am done with company's that don't care and are rude.

Guys worked their butts off. 2 br, dining room, living area with 3 heavy couches and more, kitchen tabe and huge hutch. 2 hrs, 15 minutes. Courteous and organized. Would definitely want them back if needed. Highly recommend. Good job, Guys. Well done!!!

Our team of 2 guys worked their tails off for us - we moved to a condo with 2 flights of stairs and no elevators. They worked tirelessly and got the job done before our 2 hour time was up! No complaints, very respectful and did a great job!
