Mike called 30 minutes prior to their arrival. I gave them directions and they got started immediately upon arrival. They placed all the items where I wanted them without incident. They were both very congenial and made the move less stressful.

Joe and Jian arrived on time and quickly surveyed our apartment and then got to work. They were efficient, thorough, careful, and courteous. They wrapped every piece of furniture we had in the blankets we provided and secured with plastic wrap. They worked continuously to carry everything to the pod, and finished impressively quickly, despite us being on the 2nd floor and the pod being about 40 yards away. They packed everything very efficiently and densely in the pod and made sure everything was well secured with the tie-downs we provided. I would definitely recommend.

Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
