We moved from Texas to Virginia and they were very accommodating when we were delayed by a day and a half. Their movers were quick and professional. The owners were very pleasant to deal with I would highly recommend them to anyone moving to/in Virginia.

Elvis Gonzalez and his team were wonderful. I had a long distance
move over the Christmas/New Year holidays and my Pack-Rat container
delivery was 6 days over due, being delivered at my new location.
Elvis kept checking with me and kept telling me his company would
be there for me, when ever the containers were delivered. When I got
the call from Pack-Rat they were going to be delivered in 45 minutes,
I called Elvis and about 1 hour later 3 men were here. They worked
3 hours and everything had been unloaded from the 2 containers.
They were so careful when they carried my belongings up to the 2nd
floor, nothing was damaged. NOTHING

The owner of the company was cool about accommodating an earlier arrival time. He actually did the job with another employees who seemed inexperienced. It seemed like the owner was in a hurry and his employee was argumentative with him. So there was some tension that I really didn’t feel comfortable with in my home.
I have an antique dinning room table that they didn’t offer to unwrap or assemble.
I paid $315 for two hours of work and the owner remarked he didn’t think this job would take as long; they left in under two hours, I was relieved when they left.

Arrived early and hired to pack and place items and furniture in POD for an out-of-state move. Did an okay job and should have finished in the time allotted (5 hours) but didn't (even with extra help they provided free). Had them hired to come back another day to fill second POD and cancelled. Hired another company to finish and found they placed some items with glass directly in the POD without sufficient wrapping or protection. Some okay things some eh things but I wouldn't use this company again.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
