Elvis did a great job. We had some tricky items and he moved them with ease. He had so many little techniques for avoiding scratches on floors and dings on the wall. He is especially great with military families. Highly recommend!

My team (Elvis, Tommy and Jasmine) gave me outstanding service. They were early to arrive and efficiently / conscientiously handled every box and piece of furniture. Elvis was the team leader. His engineering skills and careful eye toward packing the shipping box (~7'x~7'x~16') gave me great reassurance that my belongings would travel across the mountains and arrive intact at their destination nearly 800 miles away!

M&M moversshowed up late, they tracked mud throughout a brand new house, they messed up door molding on at least two doors, they scoffed up walls and base boards and dragged and marked up a brand plank floor. I would definitely not use this group again. Definitely a different group than what I used before and definitely showed. Basically ruined a brand new house requiring extensive cleaning, wall and door trim repair, painting and floor repoairs

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
