They showed up late - they let me know during the arrival window. If that was all I would still give them a high mark.
Then they spent 15 minutes looking around - not an exaggeration. Totally fine to want to survey the place and get a lay of the rooms, but 1/8 of the moving time is a but much.
Then, when they started, one of the guys answered multiple phone calls (and slowed down or stopped) during what was supposed to be a two hour moving time.
Then, when we neared the end of the two hours and not everything had been unloaded, they 'conveniently' started moving light stuff instead of the heavy stuff I asked them to focus on. I had to specifically tell them (twice) to do certain things rather than them moving the light boxes while I was unloading.
I get that two hours may not have been enough (we ended up having them stay for an extra hour), but they were slow and took it easy plenty of time.
For $150/hr I expect a lot more.
I've used moving companies before (never in this geographical region though) and will use moving companies again - but not these guys.

Two gentlemen arrived In a timely manner, we’re ready to work right away, and they were done much earlier than the time that they were anticipated to be here.
