1.5 hours late after arrival window expired. Other than that, polite and worked hard. Tried to do their best for the most part not to damage house (e.g., walls, carpet, etc.). Occasionally overloaded carts (one time half the boxes fell onto the street) but they attempted to move as much as possible within time allotted. They departed 15 minutes early…this is understandable since it became dark and hard to work under those conditions; however, it would have still been light enough if they had shown up on time. Recommend moving company assigned for this job reallocate workers if necessary when the assigned movers are unable to make it on time due to previous job running long. The ETA given by lead mover was not correct either—I was on the phone on hold waiting to cancel when they finally arrived. Their tardiness is unacceptable because of how late into the day the offload was shifted and it displayed little respect for customer’s time.

I’d give 10 stars if I could! They were friendly and fast, got a 20ft pod unloaded in an hour. Will definitely be using them when we move again!

Moving Minions arrived a little early which was fine. They came prepared and worked hard to unload the Pod. They were very respectful and polite and helped set up the living room furniture and bedroom furniture. They did handle most of the boxes and storage bags well. There were three men and they finished within the two hours I booked. The only thing I didn’t like was they smelled like pot. But I have no other complaints or comments

The guys were very courteous and punchual. I was told it would be four guys for four hours but somehow that wasn't conveyed properly as only 3 showed up for 3 hours vs the 4 hours I paid for. Upon receipt of my pod on Saturday 11/22/24 from their load on 11/14/24, most of my parents Ethan Allen furniture was damaged, the upper bookcases were not covered and they rubbed together causing huge gashes and stratches in the pieces. The refrigerator door was damaged along with screws missing rlto reattach the handles they removed. I can't find the screws to reattach some if the furniture. I do not recommend this service.
