They did complete the move, but seemed unable to follow labels on boxes or verbal instructions on where things should be put in the house; we spent the day after the move shuffling boxes & furniture between rooms in the new house. They also broke multiple items & scratched multiple pieces of furniture and only apologized for the ones that happened in our presence; several were left for us to find after they had left. One of them also showed up sick and coughing, which means I got sick two days after the move.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Rodney was exceptional in many areas: communication, punctuality, and flexibility; and he was careful with our belongings and accommodating of our needs. He and his crew were professional and very pleasant in all our dealings. They did little things that we didn’t expect and asked what more they could do. I 100% recommend. Rodney and Ty were great. I had issues with PODS and the delivery of my items. I was so stressed and Rodney was extremely flexible and called multiple times to make sure the schedule was ok for me. They came and got right to work. They were pleasant, kind and very hard workers. Moving Minions did an excellent job unloading our POD and situating our belongings in our three-story rental. We really appreciated their project management of the POD - which was a mess and had to double park. They ensured it was unloaded as quickly as possible and then moved things within our new home. They were also super professional, kind and patient with us as we determined what floor certain things belonged on. Would 100% use them again.
