The team was superb!! Larry surely knows how to pack a POD!! I had ordered 1-16’ and 2-7’ PODs and they fit every thing into one 16 footer!! So awesome!! We were so blessed to have this great team!! Thank you SO much!! We would give them more than a 5 if we could!!

They didn't show the first day. The next day we agreed to show up the next day 09/04/19 at 12:30. The next day they didn't show until 2:30. I told them I definitely needed the cabinets to go and I would take the boxes if they didn't have enough room. The loaded the boxes and left the cabinets. Now I have to get them out of the house before closing on September 6th. They also left a heavy compressor that I said had to get loaded. They were here for only 1 hour and 15 minutes leaving all the heavy stuff..

The team of Donna, Larry, and Ted was top notch. They worked very efficiently and were mindful of my belongings. They went above and beyond helping move furniture that was not going into the moving container. I couldn't have asked for a better team.

The workers were extremely polite and respectful and worked very hard meet our needs. They treated our belongings with care. However, more attention needs to be paid to keeping customers informed, especially when they're going to be late. They also need to revive a contact number on their website and contact the customer personally to provide contact information. The numbers we found for them nor not valid and we had no way to contact them to confirm are appointments or when they were late arriving.

We booked Universal Movers last second because the moving company we originally hired didn’t show up. They were amazing. Great communication through the process. Very pleasant young men arrived and saved our move. I definitely consider them superheroes. Will use again when the need arises.
