Even though I was flexible on time- show time was pushed again & again with little to no communication. NOT prepared- showed up with ZERO of the equipment that is listed as included & what I requested when I booked the service. I requested and paid for 3 movers for 2 hours but it took them 3 hours because they were not prepared per my paid service request. I ended up still having to pay for the extra hour even though it was their lack of experience & preparation that created the delays. Damaged several areas of drywall, with cracks, deep scrapes and broke a piece of equipment that will prevent me from using it.

Jhomara we take pride in our work and we get at least one of these reviews each season... if there was damage to anything you would have submitted the pictures to hireahelper for review but you chose to make up a story ... we at Utopia aren't perfect and we take responsiblity for mishaps when brought to our attention but you chose the bad review route. Chris and the other guy (sorry, I totally forgot his name) were awesome. Our job was very difficult with lots of heavy furniture needing to be brought upstairs, and these guys were absolute pros. They did an extremely difficult job with positive friendly attitudes throughout. Not just the super heavy lifting but they went above and beyond to ensure the rooms were set up as my wife and I preferred. I really appreciate their effort, courtesy, and can-do attitude. I highly recommend them.
