First thing, I had confirmed my appointment with Hire a Helper and even this company by calling them and yes it was confirmed. When the day came no one showed up.
Then I was told they will be there in 2-3 hours. That did not happen either. After numerous phone calls they came in almost 5 and half hours late. Luckily I just had 4-5 hours of moving. The move which was supposed to be completed by 1-2pm did not get done till 9 pm.
Top of it when those guys came into my house they all smelled like weed. Like seriously!
I personally will NOT recommend this company.
Yes I did get some discount for tardiness. But I don’t mind paying more money for better service.
