Yes, Mike and Rick were on time, came prepared and worked hard. I was concerned we might not have enough room in our storage unit but they packed everything very well and were very organized. They also took special care with artwork and fragile items. Marshall was easy to deal with and was very understanding when we had to change our time due to travel issues. We would use them again!

2 guys parked out front, sat in car a few minutes then got out and had a smoke. Finally they walked up driveway and I showed them layout of house and explained to them the areas of house where items were being moved to. They brought no floor runners, no hand truck, no carry straps for heavier items.
The first half hour moved along well and then there was a gradual slowdown. They moved at a slower and slower pace and took excessively long to complete the job incompletely. I got the impression this was a mere side job for them they regretted having to perform. I did not detect there was much prior experience in furniture moving nor a great concern for banging and twisting things. Many complaints heard about heaviness of boxes and furniture. (I'm elderly and moved much of the material myself.)
I would not use them again.
On one positive note (?), after a call from their office to see if they completed the job, I mentioned my displeasure. I later received a call back stating they would refund me for 1 Hour of charged labor time. The company I used to load up the same things (Oregon Trail Moving) did twice the work in half the time for half the money and they supplied a hand truck, carry straps, floor protection, and wrapping material. A vastly different experience on each end of my move.

Mike and Derek were fabulous. They arrived early and got right to work. They lifted and carried several heavy awkward items down a narrow staircase with no damages to speak of. They loaded a trailer, three pick-up trucks and their van and drove to the storage unit 12 miles away with us to unload and pack it. Then they came back to the house and repeated the process without a word of complaint. In fact they were cheerful and friendly, and I would hire them again in a second. These are good guys.

Worked very quickly and did a great job. Only downside was one mover was too aggressive at removing the dresser drawers and broke the clasps. Otherwise they were excellent.

The team arrived, on time and got straight to work. They came with their own equipment as needed and caught up to us from a prep perspective very quickly. The team actively, moved from section to section of the store to keep the move in motion while we finished disconnecting. Team members even jumped in when we were having prep issues. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to make a move in the area they service.
