Were they on time? No, an hour and 45 minutes past their one hour window with no notice until I called their team lead to find out what was going on.
Were they prepared for the job? Yes, one even went back to their truck to get rope to keep things from moving, because we didn't have any.
Did they work hard? One out of the two workers did. The other sat around complaining about how he worked the night shift at another job and how he didn't sleep, just wanted to leave, needed a raise, and how he disagreed with the other person's packing method so he was just going to take his time. Wasted 45 minutes by my count, but what are you supposed to do when you have to move out and the movers you hire end up not performing? Well, you tell them to leave when they want to charge extra to stay and then spend the rest of the afternoon doing it yourself...
Were they respectful of your property and goods? No, but again one worker makes the whole company look bad. One person took their time ensuring things didn't move around in the truck, while the other ignored our explicit ask not to put certain things in the truck and tossed fragile and sensitive things on the top or underneath heavy boxes causing some very sentimental things to be broken.
Would you use them again? No. It's really unfortunate, but this just shows you can't trust a mover that gives you a good deal. Pay more and you can demand experienced hard working people to show up on time and get the job done right.

As a single trying to move into a new place it was so refreshing to work with Maybaum movers. They were on time, professional and were very clean and conscientious of no making a mess. When task was completed they made sure to ask if I may have any other jobs that they could help with. I would use the, again !

The guys were very respectful and professional. They worked fast and the only complaint is they ran an hour late. They called me but only 1 min before they were due and told me it would be an hour before their arrival. But they were a good group of guys.

Ty and Lee did an awesome job considering they were sent to the site without being told they needed a hand cart. They worked hard, were extremely polite, were very conscious of our property, and Ty even took time to help an elderly resident of the apartment complex who asked for assistance. We would definitely use them again.
