Movers was quick but didn't use space correctly. I had 6 boxes that didn't fit for my long distance move. When unpacking I realized that the boxes could have made it. Oh well.. gotta go back and get them.

The service was prompt establishing contact prior to the move date, but the day of the move they were 1.5 hours late. They were apologetic, but this did not change the fact that their lateness was an inconvenience to us. My husband had to unload the boxes (despite his bad back) so that we could get the U haul off the road. I reached out to the company and they agreed to adjust the labor charge since this was their fault, at least they were honest.

Amazing guys, super flexible when I ran into a snag that delayed my arrival and pushed back start time. They were professional and polite and I'll definitely call them next time I need help with some heavy lifting!

Daryl and Caleb were excellent help. They were professional, fast, friendly and good at their job. They arrived on time and finished unloading a single moving container to a seventh floor apartment within an hour. They were even willing to move around the furniture a couple of times when we reconfigured the room, and gave me helpful tips about some of my furniture maintenance. I would recommend!

Overall, Maybaum Movers did a good job with one caveat - the original crew never showed up.l as scheduled. However, I contacted Daryll at Maybaum and he sent a replacement crew - Russel and Ben - who showed up 2 hours later and did a nice job. Russel was very accommodating and a very efficient in loading our 26 ft truck, and Ben was very careful in handling our property. Candidly, but for the 2 hour delay, I would have given Maybaum 5 stars. I would still use this company again.

One word, AWESOME! Daryl and Ben were not only professional but friendly and made sure that all of our belongings were treated with such care. Moving experts in packing the truck and unloading to the new house. I was worried using this site but based upon how smooth everything went during the move, I would use both again.
