My helpers were on time and friendly. They were available for my last minute request and fairly priced. However, there was no rhyme or reason to how they loaded my truck, and it’s the worst load I’ve ever seen. I opened the truck before departing to add one more only to have my headboard fall out, hit me, and shatter when it hit the ground. Other wood furniture pieces were oddly stacked and got nicks during my drive and it was a nightmare to unload into my storage unit due to the bad loading. They also didn’t work with the same sense of urgency that other helpers have in the past.

The two men worked very hard from start to finish and were extremely friendly. They brought gloves and dollies for the furniture and packed everything in my uHaul expertly. I would definitely recommend them again!

I appreciated the 2 gentlemen that assisted me with unloading my moving truck. They arrived on time and started unloading immediately. They asked questions and offered assistance where they could. Everything was put where I requested it and they made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. I would use them again and would recommend them absolutely !
