Positives: showed up on time and polite
Negatives: broke 3 pieces of furniture, all antique. One they acknowledged because the leg came off. Blamed it on weight of boxes inside the piece, boxes full of the same items the furniture has supported for over 5 years. The break occurred with how they stood the piece up after carrying at an angle. I found “chunks” of the other two pieces on the floor of my house. Their attempt to repair the one consisted of one worker haphazardly screwing the leg back on while two others watched. Meanwhile the fourth worker was inside, needlessly, dismantling a clock insert on a cedar chest (note this was the 3rd broken piece). I took over the repair and collected the other chunks of wood in a baggie to address the two other pieces after unloading the pod.
