They were on time and very efficient throughout the moving process. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of my lamps were broken although I had it wrapped in a moving blanket and cellophane. The leg to my desk broke as well I believe because of improperly being loaded. Minor things but overall a very good experience.
