Yesterday morning a four man team from Nick and Sons arrived on time and
loaded our POD. They worked efficiently together and notably happy,
pleasant and agreeable. The POD was packed bottom to top front to back, and
not more than two fleas could squeeze in when they were done. This was an
unusual move in that we had already moved the furniture we are keeping and
our essentials. Yesterday, we were moving our office, files, books, attic
storage items, workshop, tools, and lawn and garden equipment from two
outside sheds. I estimated the job to be at least 2, most likely 3 and
possibly four hours. After a quick look around the team leader agreed with
my estimated time and they set right to work. The job took 3 hours. Thank
you, Joseph, Donald, George, and Steve, there may only be four of you but
you are a five star team!

In spite of the fact that the originally scheduled movers could not make the appointment, Nick & Sons filled in at the last minute and did an exceptional job. Easy to work with, very hard working and accomodating and very careful. Interacted very well with our young grandchildren.

Nick & Sons was very accomodating. Their truck had broken down and we had to reschedule for the next day, which was no real problem. They rented a truck and arrived with extra people (at no charge) to expedite the move. I would certainy recommend them!

Couldn't have been more pleased with the work done by these guys. Professional, friendly, and hard-working. They managed to get furniture up to our third floor apartment that I was sure wouldn't make it - all without doing any damage to the furniture or the walls of the narrow, winding stairwell. We would definitely use them again.

I arrived in Massachusetts to find my expensive furniture, which had been shipped from Las Vegas, in a pile in a garage. I contacted Hire a Helper and found Nick & Sons. Admittedly, they were not my first choice but the best available on short notice. They were just terrific. The men arrived early, worked steadily, were courteous,and they were very considerate as to my need for careful handling of the furniture. They packed everything into the truck and then into a storage unit with care. I would hire them again when I remove the furniture from storage.

Our experience was wonderful. They packed our POD liked a rubix cube and worked really fast. They were highly professional and we will certainly use them again when we have to unpack our POD.

We called Hire a Helper at the last minute, and were told Nick & Sons could help us the next morning at 8a. We had a Pod delivered to our new apartment late on sat, and needed help unloading it 1/2 into new apartment, 1/2 into waiting budget rental truck. They called that nite later to confirm, and introduce themself. Sunday morning they were right on time 8am...our helpers Tarcio and Diego were great, everything you can use to get a job done right, they were very courteous and friendly, they knew what they were doing, they worked great with us, since it was a little confusing as to what went into moving truck and what went upstairs. I would highly recommend Tacio and Diego to any friends or family that needed help moving. And if we move again i would hesitate calling them. Our whole moving experience in Rhode Island went smooth due to great help. Thanks Tacio and Diego..

I contacted Nick & Sons less than 30hrs before I needed to move and they were in nearly immediate contact with me. The crew that showed up (on time!) was pleasant, helpful and extremely efficient. They were able to load a number of heavy, awkward items with ease and quickly! If I move again, I will absolutely call this team!
