The glass shelves that were part of a cabinet were not wrapped and therefore were broken in transit.
The glass showcase I had was not wrapped properly and was received completely broken. The doors were not removed and secured so again everything was broken

Moving Texas did an excellent job. Morris and Manny were professional and very friendly and worked non-stop once they arrived. They were 15 minutes early, immediately surveyed everything that needed to be moved, and started to work. They started loading and did not stop moving until everything was in the POD and secured. It was clear that they had loaded a huge number of PODs and knew how to fit all the furniture, boxes, and stuff into it. They were conscientious, kind, and enjoyable to converse with as well. Would definitely use them again if I'm moving in the Austin area.

Morris and his helper were absolutely THE BEST movers I have EVER had, and I'm moved A LOT!! They were early, worked hard and fast/efficiently, and finished moving my 1 bedroom apartment with a lot of heavy boxes in about 1 hour. They also wrapped my couch and dining table, because I didn't have anything to protect them. Morris was confident as we discussed my expectations, and he more than EXCEEDED them!!! My POD look like perfection, with my tie-downs and bungee cords placed better than I would do myself. Obviously, I can't say enough about how pleased I was with there performance!!! They were both sweet and professional!! 5++++ stars!!!!

Watching them move my furniture felt like a work of art. They were so well coordinated kind and gentle with everything. Love them! I will never go anywhere else for movers again.
