We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. Ogre Man Movers communicated well throughout the process. They worked with us on the scheduled day on the arrival time because the pod was running late. The movers onsite were nice and packed my pod utilizing every last bit of space (we had a lot of stuff). They finished right in time.

Dave and his team did an incredible job of helping us move. My husband and I were struggling to move on our own and Ogre Man movers was the help we needed. Communication was incredible and service was fast and professional. Dave repositioned items we had already loaded into the best configuration and worked incredibly fast and efficiently. The Ogre Man Movers even helped us move unwanted items To the appropriate dumpster. I highly recommend This company! They are absolutely incredible and affordable.

We were called the day before to let us know they'd be 30 minutes late. An hour after that time, I had to call to see where they were. They called back to say they'd be another hour from then.
After arriving 2.5 hours from the original window, the guys were efficient in their efforts. Since we were so far behind we only asked to have the larger heavier stuff moved and we would take care of the rest. This cut their time down to about 45 minutes that they had to work (of the required 2 hours min).
During the move of a 200+ pound bed frame they dented the stair way wall. I wasn't informed they did it but I pointed it out along with some paint chips. The guys took pics and said "Dave will be in touch." It's been 48 hours and I haven't heard from them.

The two gentleman that helped us (forgot their names, so sorry! - it was the 5/7 move on Milford) were timely, friendly, worked hard, and expertly figured out how to get ALL of our stuff in a 16' truck (no way did I think it would all fit). What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
