We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. I am sorry this is late but i was in a hurry to get moved and after having help everything had to be repacked it was the worst packing ever. They were to be there between 11 and 12 didnt come until 2 pm. I paid 200 dollars for what poor packing they filled half of a 28 ft trailer and there was so much space between things i had to hire someone else to come and repack the truck i regained another fourth or more. Your movers broke a currio mirror when i went out to inspect after they left i could see it i was pissed. While at my house one wore headphones and wasn't listening he pulled over my lamp into the floor he ran into my wall w a piece of furniture that had to be repaired before i left. The other w him was very polite a d he apologized for him that was ridiculous behavior and all of it was a waste if my time their time and my money, especially since i had to hire someone else to come and redo it. I felt robbed.
I want a call and a resolution to this problem the cost to repair the mirror in my curio, the cost of another person, and the cost to repair my wall.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
