The owners took my move at the last minute when the other guys were a no show. Quick and packed everything extremely well. Very respectful and knowledgeable.

The guys showed up on time and quickly moved in the heavy pieces of furniture that we needed moved. They both even stayed to help us put sliders on the furniture and get the set up in there correct locations. I would definitely use they both again for any moving I may have in the future and will regret them to anyone I know who is moving.

I had never used professional movers before and was nervous of the process. I did not know what to expect; but after working with Family Movers, I could not be more impressed. The same day I made my reservation, I got a phone call (from a real person!) to confirm my appointment and let me know I was in good hands. From then on it was like a member of own family was helping. The movers were professional, friendly and flexible. They moved all of belongings carefully and showed up early when I asked them, despite some serious snow and having already done another move that morning. Reggie was in contact with me the day before to discuss logistics. He confirmed my truck rental was with U-Haul saying they aren't known for overbooking their trucks. He had his crew there on time to move a full apartment from the 7th floor to the basement, using an elevator, walking up two flights of 8 steps to get to the ground level and the truck. The move out went great.
I met them at the destination. The people receiving the contents did not shovel or clear the walkway and the entire area was covered in ice and snow. For the safety of his crew, Reggie explained he could move the furniture into the garage. We had to get the car in the uphill driveway moved out of the way to do that safely. The entire move went great. I'd definitely call them again.

Two well mannered gentle man arrived to help us on time. They knew what they were doing.
They were gentle with our property. Worked hard in enclament weather loaded full size pod in two hours.
