Precise movers were Two very nice and polite young men. Very good at packing the truck! Got way more in than I ever thought possible!

Hire a helper though mixed up the start time and they were an hour and a half early. Hire a Helper didn’t communicate well with precise movers for the start time.

They dropped off two guys. No dollys, no power tools for furniture installation. Not a cheap company either... Absolutely unacceptable. Guys were polite and hard working, no complaint on the work ethic of these gentlemen. I let them go at 2 hours of unloading the truck, with hours more to do ourselves. With a few dollys would have got it all done in the allotted time frame. Beware of this company

We are sorry you were not satisfied. The following is your job description: 2 hours 2 helpers to unload a 26 foot Budget Rental truck, moving a 3 bedroom home. Will have truck already partially unloaded. Need help with heavier items in bedrooms. May need some assembly help with beds if time affords.
We did everything you required in your job description. You did not pay for enough hours to unload a 26 foot truck and do furniture installation. In addition we didn't receive any calls during your move that there were any problems.

The two guys did a great job overall. They were proactive and called 30 minutes before the appointment time to alert me that they were on their way and to confirm the address. They started working non-stop as soon as they came inside and were really good about asking questions and handling all of items with care. They were clearly well experienced with moving, loading and unloading but they were also extremely respectful. Would definitely use them again.

The workers did not show up on time, but really worked hard, non-stop, when they arrived for the job. There was no dolly brought nor used. Some of my furniture was damaged as I noticed this upon unpacking. Workers were young and lacked the necessary training & experience with moving and effectively packing a POD system.
