Always Reliable Specialists are top notch from when we scheduled straight thru to loading the two PODS. They worked continuously without any breaks and did a magnificent job packing the POD. I am totally impressed with the work they did.

The movers were nice, respectful guys but I didn't feel they were experienced, professional movers. They did work hard and were somewhat respectful of my property. But they didn't come prepared for the job. They only had two small dollies, no tools or other moving supplies. My husband and his friend helped them most of the 4 1/2 hours they were at my home. I would not use them again unfortunately.

Jay and Chris did a phenomenal job loading our POD. They praised us on our preparation and organization prior to the move. They both were highly organized and extremely careful handling our boxes and furniture. We highly recommend these two men. On another note we were over charged by Always Reliable Moving as the they would only accept the job if we prepaid for an additional hour. The actual job was completed under 2 hours. Note: when requesting this company via Hirer a Helper we provided an extremely detailed list of items to be loaded for this job. So there were no surprises. We expected the job to take no more than 2 hrs and it didn’t. In fact Jay and Chris when they saw how prepared we were for the move they ,told us that they would be done under 2 hrs. Unfortunately there is no refund for this extra hour Always Reliable charged us for in advance.

The guys, Ken, Norman, Keith, were great. They were on time, communicated well, especially upon arrival, and were super efficient. They worked their butts off!! They were very respectful of me. The could have used more of the booked time to complete the task and perhaps things would have turned out even better. I should have throttled them back.
I would use them again, but would be more involved in directing the flow/speed of events.
What's more, the comms from Nayquhon, the the point person, was spot on, before, during, and after.

Nice guys, but they didn’t care about my stuff. Things marked fragile, they man handled, things marked top, don’t turn upside down, they did. I would not go with this company again myself.

My company has dealt with all types of moves so It's extremely unlikely for us to see something we have not seen before.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.

Every one of our mover's despite of their experience go through customer service training, packing training, and rapping training.
