There was a mix up and then the pod got here early the Phone Representative was terrific and made it happen.

Simply The Best!! Very professional, they unpacked my POD, brought everything where I asked to be placed and although we went over the two hours, it was well worth it. My guys worked as a team and would definitely request them again!!

They had no spatial imagination and started packing our pod in ways that left huge spaces unused. We then asked them to bring down boxes and furniture so I could pack the pod, one ignored us, wasting valuable time. After an hour, they finally consented to us packing the pod, at which point they were running out of time to disassemble the furniture we were most hoping they would take care of. In the end, they got most of our stuff down in two hours, but not fully packed. We worked alongside them tge whole time. No attention was paid to fragile boxes or items. We'll get out on time, but I wound up feeling We should have done it all ourselves. It remains to be seen whether our leather couch will make it in the way they stacked stuff on it. Highly underwhelming. They were at least nice and polite.

Chris and Andre were great. They arrived early, and worked very quickly. I was super nervous and they really helped me feel confident about the move.
The only hangup we had was that for most of the day they were confident that everything would fit in the pod without any trouble, and then at the very end we had to leave some furniture behind. I only mention this as a heads-up to other people who might be cutting it close on space.
Again, these people were super professional, fast, and they laughed at my stupid jokes even at the end of the day when everyone was tired.

Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.
