Mel and Van were absolutely FANTASTIC. They arrived at noon, where the hour was between noon and 1. That was so helpful for people who are moving and thus short on time. They got right to it. So professional. It was 94 degrees today, and they just stayed at it! They were careful with and respectful of everything. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Always Reliable Moving Specialist - so very easy to work with, and then especially recommend Mel and Van.

Incredible job by the guys. We hired different movers for the previous container we had to pack and these guys were so much better and willing to help as best they could. They really tried to maximize the space and load as much into the container as they could. I was surprised with how much they were able to do in just a short period of time.

Arrived 23 minutes late. Loading and unloading were timely. The crew is respectful.
Afterwards, we see 5 furniture damages, plus the 1 hardware floor damage and 1 wall corner damage during unloading. These are not major damages though.

Norman and Andre were fantastic and helpful. Our moving experience up until them was pretty horrible and it felt good to end with people that cared. I would definitely work with them again. Everything about my experience with them was really great.

I was very concerned that not everything would fit!! The guys showed up on time. Took one look and knew exactly how to load the truck. They saved me so much time and aggravation.
I would book always reliable moving as long as they guarantee I would get the same two gentlemen. A true life saver!!

The two men who were assigned my move moved intentionally slow in order to run up the clock. They then said they would cut us a deal to Venmo them for any extra time we needed. (They said that they don’t get paid for extra time and it goes straight to the company). Of course I agreed to it and ended up having ti pay them 4 extra hours on top of what I had already book because they didn’t manage time efficiently. They took phone calls frequently and then after the time ended (I had to give them a stop time even though it wasn’t done) my husband and I had to pack the rest of our stuff in our poorly packed truck. Terrible.
Updated to change. After leaving the initial review, I was called and talked to by the company and I was politely asked to update this rating for the sake of other employees who do their job well.

My company has dealt with all types of moves so It's extremely unlikely for us to see something we have not seen before.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.

Every one of our mover's despite of their experience go through customer service training, packing training, and rapping training.
