The movers were friendly, on time, and helpful. However, packing and loading services could be improved as several items were packed haphazardardly resulting in damage to our furniture. They also scraped and damaged numerous walls and floors in our home and stairwell.

My timeline was delayed an 11-2 19 because my truck got rented out before I arrived. The workers worked with me to push their own timeline back and this helped me a great deal.
