Guys came on time and did the job really quick. I only had a small car to unload, so they did it in 20 minutes. Fast work. There was some confusion with payment but it got resolved when I called customer service of higher helper :) recommend!!!

Wonderful experience beginning to end. Both movers had a great attitude and worked non stop for the two hours. Not only they unloaded the moving truck but they strategically arranged the storage room. They made my moving experience so much better. Highly recommend Harry and Michael.

Trusty movers made our move so much easier. Our mover Ethan really did an amazing job when his counterpart was running late and still managed to get moved in on time! Trusty movers was flexible when unforeseen delays in our drive occurred and were very responsive. I would recommend trusty movers and particularly their mover Ethan to anyone moving in nyc!

My experience with Trusty Movers was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. My appointment was scheduled for 7:00, and finally at 7:30 I called to ask if any updates were available. It was not until after I called that I was informed that one of the two movers had cancelled, and the other had been sitting outside my apartment for over 40 minutes without alerting me - I wouldn't have known about either of these scenarios if I hadn't called them myself. I ran outside to meet the man who had been waiting, and for 20 minutes he was frantically calling both coworkers and friends who were unrelated to the company just to assist him with the move since it was a two-person job. The company then called to say they were going to refund me $100 for the inconvenience, to which I expressed appreciation and gratitude. After about 20 minutes of calls, the mover who arrived found someone who was able to assist us, arriving over an hour after the scheduled start time. The company then called back saying they didn't feel they should refund me since the mover had found someone to help out, even though their employee was the person to solve the situation after the job should have already been completed. The two movers who showed up were truly professionals and quickly got the job done - I asked for their contact information for any future needs to avoid working with the terrible company itself. Truly a horrible, horrible experience with an unapologetic organization that has no understanding of customer service.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have blankets and a dolly and handtruck if elevators are involved. Have all things packed and ready to go. Flat screens TVs wrapped up or boxed up.
What types of moves have you handled?
I've done local jobs and also out of state including New Jersey.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy meeting people and assisting them with their transportation of their belongings. From one place to another.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide them with training of properly loading a truck and unloading into a house or apartment.
