My movers were awesome, I would highly recommend them! After my original movers ghosted on me day of, I hired these guys last minute and they could not have been better. They re-packed our truck and were able to take good care of our stuff while fitting as much as possible into the truck. They were also friendly and nice. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

The guy who came was excellent! But one guy cancelled last minute and it took a while to send a second person. I ended up moving all my furniture myself with the one guy who insisted we could do it ourselves. This was after unloading all of my boxes for about 5 hours before he got there. I was physically exhausted and that’s what I was hoping to avoid by paying for helpers.

I booked 2 helpers for 2hrs to help move out of my apartment, but only 1 showed up. This set me back over 3 hours and I had to push my move-in date with my new apartment back a full day. You would think I would get at least a 50% refund, if not more, but they would only agree to refund 40%. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but to provide such a small refund when you don’t provide the agreed upon service is crazy. The customer should not be punished twice for your issues. The reason I didn’t leave 1 star is because the guy that actually showed up (Ray) was great, despite the bad situation he was put in.

Expect great quality service and friendly movers. Moving your items with care.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have blankets and a dolly and handtruck if elevators are involved. Have all things packed and ready to go. Flat screens TVs wrapped up or boxed up.
What types of moves have you handled?
I've done local jobs and also out of state including New Jersey.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy meeting people and assisting them with their transportation of their belongings. From one place to another.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide them with training of properly loading a truck and unloading into a house or apartment.
