I booked 2 helpers for 2hrs to help move out of my apartment, but only 1 showed up. This set me back over 3 hours and I had to push my move-in date with my new apartment back a full day. You would think I would get at least a 50% refund, if not more, but they would only agree to refund 40%. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but to provide such a small refund when you don’t provide the agreed upon service is crazy. The customer should not be punished twice for your issues. The reason I didn’t leave 1 star is because the guy that actually showed up (Ray) was great, despite the bad situation he was put in.

Chris did a great job. He was on time and waited for our truck to arrive, which was running late. When it showed up he was fast and extremely helpful.

Vitalien and his guys are the BEST! James and Chris worked like a well oiled machine. They were polite, on time and even sat with my moving van (in NYC you have to stay with vehicle) so I could visit my daughters new apartment for a short while. Vitalien called me the day I booked, emailed me several times with answers to my questions and even checked to see that I got back to central PA safely. That is excellent service. I will be sure to book Trusty Movers Moving if I need help again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and they made the stressful move to NYC as smooth as it could be! THANK YOU again Vitalien, James & Chris!

I hired two movers. I would give the first mover 5 stars. He arrived on time (even a little early) and got started right away even without his partner. He was amazing. He did almost the entire job himself since the partner was 90 minutes late. I would give the second mover 1 or 2 stars just because he arrived late and did very little.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have blankets and a dolly and handtruck if elevators are involved. Have all things packed and ready to go. Flat screens TVs wrapped up or boxed up.
What types of moves have you handled?
I've done local jobs and also out of state including New Jersey.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy meeting people and assisting them with their transportation of their belongings. From one place to another.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide them with training of properly loading a truck and unloading into a house or apartment.
