Can’t say enough! Thank you for the excellent service provided. The men were a few minutes early and worked very hard and efficiently-making sure items were covered and protected as needed. I would gladly recommend them and would use their services in the future if the need arises!

I had to unload and reload POD with help from neighbors. They had no tools, no blankets, nothing. I had to help take bedroom set apart. Left hardware on bottom of POD. I took pictures if I catch any slack for this review.
that's why nothing was really stacked. High and tight...as for pads to protect your items ...you was told by Hire A Helper t that. You need to supply them ..we do not supply them ..these are your items that need to be protected where you rent them from PODS themselves.. on the bed no one could have taken those Rusty Nails apart.. I was not responsible for breaking that. Antique bed.... but when you deal with an antique as such.. type of hardware and worn out ..Rusty rules were hurt the furniture.. I'm not taking that insurance risk.. as for tools we are fully prepared.... thank you

Louie & team were great! They helped wrap up my furniture safely, & when I opened the PODs nothing had even moved, they packed them so well. It was a lot of work on a crazy hot day, and they powered through. Thanks again guys!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We usually give preparations advice on how and what to expect when we come in ....and a procedures we follow when loading or unloading items from there truck
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We usually get boxes stacked up accordingly.... make sure there's always a path and make sure that there's nothing that could cause anyone to fall slip, safety is a number one priority
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Best thing is to stack boxes according to size , always have a free and open path where people could come in and out and make sure there is no tape , paper or boxes on the floor with someone could get hurt
What types of moves have you handled?
We've had done many personal home moves & office moves also where we have to inventory and describe items do a inventory sheet and professionally shrink wrap every item for protection
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
You get to meet a variety of people in this industry and sometimes make good friends
What training do you provide your crew members?
once my crew members are hired... I personally spend anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks in training and showing them about safety packing and loading....but also letting them know why it's done this way
