Luis Vega and co-worker Wayne were very professional and friendly. They efficiently loaded the storage container, organizing the packing to maximize space.They checked in with me throughout the process to confirm they were moving the correct items. They also took great care in handling my furniture and cartons to ensure there was no damage. I was impressed with their professionalism and absolutely would use them again, and would recommend American Discount Moving services to anyone requiring a moving company they can trust to do a good job.

These guys are awesome, punctual, and hard working. Showed up on time. Worked with changes… I had to change the location of the unload last minute and they adjusted. Loui, if I spelled his name correctly, communicated multiple times before load date including the day of booking, and the evening before, and morning bee arriving to coordinate to ensure I have no worries whether his crew is showing. We had a very long distance move and it was great to have these guys help with the move. They arrived on time, and we used them to unload our second container as well, same team. They were very nice, and polite and were very careful with our belongings. They were also very conscientious of the time allotted. Great group of guys, extremely hard workers.

Louie and his team Jeff and Wayne were absolutely the best! They showed up early and were ready to go. We had a 16’ and an 8’ pod and they unloaded them BOTH in less than two hours! Everything was where we wanted it in no time and the beds were put together with care. Great personalities too. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

to get everything in the pod tight ..we had to use every available space and inch around furniture.. in the furniture and within drawers ..everything was packed to the max ..we got everything in..and more than.. we both thought ..thank you for using... What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We usually give preparations advice on how and what to expect when we come in ....and a procedures we follow when loading or unloading items from there truck
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We usually get boxes stacked up accordingly.... make sure there's always a path and make sure that there's nothing that could cause anyone to fall slip, safety is a number one priority
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Best thing is to stack boxes according to size , always have a free and open path where people could come in and out and make sure there is no tape , paper or boxes on the floor with someone could get hurt
What types of moves have you handled?
We've had done many personal home moves & office moves also where we have to inventory and describe items do a inventory sheet and professionally shrink wrap every item for protection
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
You get to meet a variety of people in this industry and sometimes make good friends
What training do you provide your crew members?
once my crew members are hired... I personally spend anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 weeks in training and showing them about safety packing and loading....but also letting them know why it's done this way
