Rene’s crew did a great job. They showed up on time and were ready to work. I showed them what I needed packed and they went to work. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to pack and what a great job they did of packing the Pod. An hour and a half and they were finished with everything packed that I needed and the Pod was filled to the brim. Great job!! I’ll hire them again.

This should be a negative score. One star does not describe how bad Texas Top Tier movers performed. Absolutely the WORST move experience in 8 out of state moves. Texas Top Tier sent 4 movers to pack and load my belongings. Complete and total disrespect for every item packed and loaded on the trailer. The packing was extremely poor filling boxes half full with minimal paper to protect from damage. Extremely expensive and valuable items that I asked them to wrapped well were wrapped in a thin layer of plastic wrap. Fragile marked boxes were crushed. Boxes piled high in the beginning with zero support, all crushed. Many items, shoes, hats, paintings, pictures in pictures frames were just put in the 27 foot trailer and not packed in a box. The entire time the 4 guy team ensured me they were taking good care to secure my belongings. Not a single strap was used to hold my stuff in place. Everything toppled over. Every tub and box crushed. Four heavy duty garage shelves bent and unusable. A beautiful little white roll top desk I bought for my granddaughter broken. A table saw busted up. The guys that unloaded the trailer were appalled and had to work harder to untangle the mess. Horrible company. Worst job ever. I mistakenly bought them lunch and tipped them each $50. I haven’t even unpacked to find the greater amount of damaged. Do not use this company. I expect damages to be covered in full. I have the contact information of the company that unloaded the trailer who can vouch that all my comments are factual.

My address is two words, but was transcribed on the service order incorrectly so they were late. A good procedure for them should be to call the customer that they are on the way and confirm the address. The best thing was that the workers had experience loading a POD moving container, so they loaded the POD very efficiently, making the best use of the space.

Our movers were a great help. They worked hard and non-stop for almost 3 hours. We couldn't have done it without them. I highly recommend them!!!
They brought three hand-trucks that sped the effort.
The only improvement I'd prefer is that they have a set arrival time instead of an hour range (ex. arriving between 9-10am).

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
