Very fast. Their name should be Speedy Movers rather than Gentle Movers. I was glad my brother in law was on site, in the truck to help actually direct the packing. Before I had completed a walk thru of my home with the crew leader, his workers were already loading items in the truck. I tipped them for completing the job a half hour early, not the care they took with my belongings.

They were late to the job - due to getting stuck in a broken elevator on their prior job. Not their fault. Everything still worked out ok for our job. Strong young men, hard workers, lots of energy, very polite. We worked them pretty hard and they had some heavy furniture to move. We would use them again.

I found the communication to be non existent. My original movers weren't available and I was given Gentle Movers. They arrived late in a moving truck (small) but i already rented a Uhaul. I needed them to load and unload, but they weren't aware. I'm confused bc they came in a moving truck! I needed them to meet me at my storage unit and gave the address in case they got there before me. I waited and waited and then they arrived...mind you, it's 10 minutes away. I do have bulky items, but fairly a clean streamlined move. I must say I did get a little pissed when one just out of the blue says "we can't put anything together, we don't have tools." Funny, because, one I didn't ask and two, the description I initially requested said differently. At the end of the day, the move went fairly well and ended 30 minutes prior to my scheduled time.

The guys were on time and worked hard and finished early. Very good experience.

They were paid for 4 hrs but finished in 2 and still just piled boxes in garage and family room instead of finding out the correct place to take them. We had a different company pack that did a crappy job, but still with 2 hrs extra pay they could have put in more effort to get stuff to correct rooms. I am now paying a 3rd company to come do it correctly as I have health issues and cannot carry up the stairs.
