I was pleased with Gentle Movers. I requested two guys to move my things from the moving truck to storage. They were on time, efficient and pleasant. No issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them to help someone else.

They weren’t very graceful or strong, they did drop some things.
They did not have straps which would have been better for them.
They dropped my washing machine, my steps were pretty tricky.
I didn’t get a feeling they knew how to pack the truck great. I didn’t move the whole house, just about a third, but I did give them a tour and an idea what was to be packed, I don’t think they paid attention.
They did work hard the whole time but it was exhausting hoping my stuff makes it.
The company I used to unpack was so much more professional.
