They weren't in the best of shape and took a little longer than another crew might have taken.. BUT, they didnt charge me for extra time and were super helpful and friendly, so no complaints at all.

WORSE move ever. The workers dropped and broke multiple pieces of furniture. I told them to leave and called friends to help with my move. YES I WAS CHARGED for the horrible service. They were also late, I called asking where are the movers. No one called me and said they would be late. This moved was in Aug 2019. Received an email today-I hope they did ot charge me twice.

Initially I was going to give a good review. I left my house while they were loading my items to grab cash as a tip.
The original guys who shower up were nice and kept to themselves. 2 more guys showed up that I can't remember if they worked for him or if they were just friends. While I was getting cash as a tip one of the two guys hit on my girlfriend.
He called her cute and said we like the whities. Immediately made her feel uncomfortable in our own home.
It's one thing to compliment someone's appearance, it's a whole new thing when you're not a part of the moving company that initially came and now you're in my home hitting on my girlfriend while I am a shmuck getting cash to tip you. Not cool.
Will not be using Hire A Helper again because they did nothing to solve this issue.

Scheduled to arrive between 1 and 2 and did not show. The first time I called, they said they thought the movers were there and said they would check and call me back. I never got a call back so I called at 2:10 and was told they would not be there until 3:30 or later. By this time, we had others show up that were able to help us. Very unreliable so will not consider again.
