After a very bad experiance with another company, OG Moving was an extremly great experiance, They were on time, hard working, prepared ( more than myself) and very professional. I would recommand and use them again anytime. Thanks to HireAHelper for sending tem to me.

I wish my experience could be more positive but sadly it's not. The crew was on time and we got along with them well. The down side is that they left large pieces of furniture, boxes, totes, all garage and outdoor items behind, they did not pack the truck well, and they did a poor job of loading some items into the house. There were a couple of broken pieces of furniture and they just set items in rooms without regard to how we were going to get in there (we made a joke that we had to play Tetris with our belongings just to get in the rooms). They made no attempt to let us know they had left large pieces of furniture behind (they left our TV stand, curio, and TV) or tell us they had problems packing the 24-foot truck (we noticed large gaps in the truck as they were unloading it). We settled a claim and received a refund of one hour because we had to spend an entire day moving all the items they left behind. We have not received any communication or apology from OG Movers itself. Based on my experience, I would not hire this company again and would make sure that if you do you watch the movers like a hawk to make sure everything goes correctly.

The two guys that showed up were respectful, knowledgeable and hard working. It was obvious one knew more than the other but instructed him while working. It was great to observe this and we had a really great experience with them. Would definitely use them again!

They crew communicated their arrival time and kept me posted as to any delays. Once they arrived they were none stop in unloading the truck. They were more than willing to put anything right where I wanted it. The workers, Clarence and Jean will be my first choice for my future work.

The movers showed up a few minutes late. Unfortunately, it was not the "usual" team and they had a new person who only had been on the job for 2 days. I was not impressed,. One of the workers was able to use problem solving skills to move furniture. However, I had to direct the other worker. I called the supervisor in the middle of the move because I was not impressed and very stressed out (they banged up my walls and dropped my washer at least 5 times, thankfully it still works.) They did comp me an hour, however, the damage they did to my home probably required more than an hour of comp time in retrospect. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
