There's a reason why they're called 5 Star Moving. They work carefully moving items out and back in. And today they had to do it on a very rainy day! They kept in contact during a delay they had to deal with because of the weather and still made it on time. They jumped right in and got it done pretty quickly. I would highly recommend them for your moving needs, and will spread the word. Thanks guys!

Disclaimers, including notifcation about no refunds for unused time was not revealed until after purchase. I purchased extra time for them to help pack and this was not done. They arrived late and left in less than 2 hrs. The movers damaged my furniture and they only refunded me $150 with a $50 coupon when the disclaimer (which again I revealed after purchase) said up to $1000. Needless to say, I will not be using their service or recommending them to anyone.

These guys came in like smooth Storm Troopers on a mission. They were well organized and professional in their work. Everything was cleared out for the home renovations. They were careful in the moving of the furniture outside into the PODS container. They will be back next week to move the items back into the house once the renovations are complete. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends who need a team of great movers.

They arrived on time. Unloaded in timely manner. They were very helpful. They unloaded a Penske moving truck. We had a steep driveway and couldn’t back the truck up the driveway. The movers went up and down the driveway without hesitation. I’m extremely happy with the job they did.

Based on what they want a review on they did a good job and would get a 4 star rating: The movers were on time, respectful, professional and very attentive to my needs. I was so impressed, I gave them a big tip.
When I got the Pod delivered to my moving destination and had to unpack what was packed by 5 Star Moving my rating changes to a 1. I had a one hundred year old cherry wood dining room table. They put it upside down with no blanket on the bottom of my sofa. They destroyed a family heirloom. Deep scratches from the metal on the bottom of the sofa ruined my beautiful mint condition table. Similarly, they did not wrap the leaves for the table and just placed them on top of each other on a metal shelf from my garage. Completely scratched and broken.
So while they were nice and professional, they had no idea how to pack and protect property. I would never recommend them.

They did a great job moving items from my Mother's house to a Pod/. We provided blankets and wrap with no damage being shipped from SC to Texas. Would recommend.
