My experience with this company was not the best. When the gentleman arrived to pack my pod on Friday, they were unprepared and did not have tools needed. One of the mover was gone 1.5 hours to go get tools leaving only one person responsible for packing the pod. During the moving they put a hole in the wall that they were not able to fix before I vacated the home. I notified the owner and made him aware but also requested documentation of their fault so that I could provide it to my landlord. Also, they were unable to complete packing my pod so they were supposed to return on Saturday, but due to unforeseen circumstances, they were not able to. In speaking to the owner, he did did arrange for another gentleman to come out on Sunday morning and at no extra cost to me, but after seeing how my items were poorly packed I don’t feel that I received the appropriate service that I originally paid for. I will say that the gentleman on Sunday was a blessing because he realized that my items were not packed properly, were not secured at all or ready for transporting, but with his help all of my items were packed into the pod, and he made sure too secure them as best he could without removing every single item from the pod. I did speak to the owner to let him know that I was not satisfied with the initial customer service that I was provided on the first day, but I was appreciative that the person he sent out on the second day was able to at least ease my mind and get my pod loaded. I also let the manager know that I would be writing a review that was not all positive because we had been communicating during this time. While it is not my intent to provide negative reviews to a company, I feel that it is necessary, especially when you are spending your hard earned money.
