There were two guys who were on time, happy to be of help with very good attitudes. I would recommend them to anyone looking to receive excellent moving labor help. They were very careful with my property and asked me where I wanted each and every item placed. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful event! Thank you you for recommending their help! From a very happy customer.

They showed up 2 hours late. They called and said they'd be there in 30 minutes but didn't show up for another hour. They worked very slowly. My father-in-law, uncle, and I moved more things than they did. They spent more time figuring out how to load the POD than actually loading it and even that aspect had to be taken over by my father-in-law. I hate to complain but I hired help so I wouldn't have to put family to work. Well I'm out $300 and we are all covered in sweat. We could've done it faster ourselves. There needs to be some quality control or make it priced per job not for 2-hours. Maybe that would increase work ethic. Also they didn't come with any moving equipmen t(e.g. Dollys, hand carts, tools, etc) which were described in my bill.

The day before our scheduled work date, they contacted me and we discussed the details of the job. The young men from 5 Star Moving LLC arrived on time and were prepared to start working right away. They were very respectful of our belongings and were very friendly and happy to complete the task at hand. I would definitely use them again.

The movers were on time and ready to work. They worked so hard, that I started sweating just watching them. lol It was hot that day, but they handled it like champs. They did a good job moving my items and was careful. I would use the again.

Nice guys, worked hard. They were on time and got right to work. No complaints at all about them or their work ethic. That said, they didn't pack the pod very efficiently and consequently a few minor things didn't fit. They also didn't take the time to tie anything down, even though we provided ropes, bungees, and ratchet straps. Here's to hoping our stuff makes it in one piece. I'd recommend them, but next time I'll keep a closer eye on how things are arranged and insist they tie things down as they go.

I have two reviews; one for the movers and one for management. Number one; the two gentlemen who actually did the moving were very good, did a very good job, helped with everything we asked, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Number two; I don't think management provides any supplies for these men. No blankets to cover furniture, their hand truck was broken. Suggestion to management---Let the men who are moving your customers call them and make the appt.--- and tell them not to call in the morning, just be there five minutes early. But the workers were very good, I just don't think they get much support or supplies. This company was much better than "Two Men And A Truck." At about half the price.

Arrived on time despite very short notice. Completely loaded a 16-foot moving truck in 1.5 hours (12 noon until 1:30). Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Tommy and Thomas were awesome. Very helpful, on time, very careful of the furniture and walls of the house, super fast, very respectful and polite. I would use them again if they were available in my new state.
